Hecco Technologies, Inc. (“Remedylabs,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Remedylabs mobile app (the “App”) in the United States, UK, and other jurisdictions. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

• Information You Provide: When you create an account or interact with the App, we may collect personal information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and any wellness or health information you log (e.g. symptoms, relief ratings, habits). You may also provide profile details, preferences, or feedback.
• Health and Wellness Data: If you enter health-related information (such as symptoms, conditions, or outcomes of protocols), we treat this as sensitive data. Under the GDPR it is a “special category” of personal data, and we handle it with extra care.
• Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect technical information about your device and how you use the App. This may include your IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, App version, and log information (pages/screens accessed, dates and times of use). We may also collect analytics data (e.g. how you use features) using cookies or similar technologies. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve the App.
• Third-Party Data: If you choose, you may link the App with third-party services (for example, social login or Apple HealthKit). Data shared by you through such services (like your name or activity data) is governed by those services and your privacy settings.
